Lexora is a workspace for a law firm, not a public directory. Matters, documents, time, expenses, and invoices stay inside the firm that created them.
Firm scope
Each firm sees its own matters, clients, documents, and ledgers. Staff do not browse another firm's files.
Roles on a matter
Assign responsible, originating, staff, and member roles so the right people can open a file, record time, or approve a close.
Document approvals
Versioned documents can go through maker-checker approval before they leave the matter file. Invoices follow the same draft, approve, and send path.
